However, I am sure that the aggressor is likely to get a bloody nose trying to gain a beach-head on the other size. The Calradians have a more diverse range of troops (Nordic shield wall, Khergit horse archers, Swadian knights, Vaegir shock troops and Rhodok pikemen), but their differences makes it hard for them to operate as a combined-arms force. Keeping in mind that Joffrey's a hysterial, psychotic little git, I predict war, which will nicely fuck up Tywin Lannister's plans. If interactions occur, it's likely to involve Swadia and the Lannisters since they're the ones who control access to the landbridge. Swadia could attempt to invade / ally with the Crownlands, or vice versa. The politics of Calradia are never really expanded upon in a way that we could analyse. (I'm not the best person to ask about technological superiority, since my knowledge of tech from that era is sadly lacking). Any war should depend more on strategy than overwhelming numerical superiority. With some leeway for the size of King's retinues and, this leaves the Westerosi with a slight numbers advantage. I'll assume that both sides have roughly equivalent ratios of knights : professionals : peasants.
